In this video, I go through a full acceleration and strength training session. I start with movement prep, plyos, and jumps, then move into acceleration prep with heavy sled sprints to build real speed and power. I finish with slow-tempo strength work to help with my jumper’s knee and build strong, healthy muscles and joints that can handle high-intensity athletic training.
