Happy Fiddle and Banjo Friday
Here's the eagerly awaited final episode of "Two Men Playing Old-Time Music in a Pigeon Coop." This series was filmed on location at Pete Spadone's Pigeon Coop in Kennebunk, ME, earlier this month.
The first episode was a bit of a cliffhanger, with folks wondering if Showman would get shit on his fiddle, or if coole would get his eyes pecked out by an disgruntled dove. Don't worry, all is revealed in this compelling wrap-up to the season.
The soundtrack for this episode is "Sullivan's Hollow", which we got from Freeny's Barn Dance Band. If you want to hear the original, it's on County Records, "Mississippi Stringbands" Vol. 2
