⛵ PREVIEW: SAILING TO THE SOUTH SANDWICH ISLANDS - EXPEDITION ON PELAGIC AUSTRALIS - JAN 2020

🎥 Film and 🔬science expedition to the South Sandwich Islands on Skip Novak's sailing yacht Pelagic Australis. Our fourth expedition took us to this remote island chain South of the Antarctic Convergence Zone.

We left Stanley in the Falkland Islands just after Christmas 2019 and sailed 1200nm across the Scotia Sea to the remote South Sandwich Islands. Here we were supporting the scientist and the film crew that sailed with us from Stanley.

On the return voyage we stopped in South Georgia before we returned to the Falklands.
