Compressor Overheating | Split ac Not working | Capillary blockage & Solenoid Valve Issue

नमस्कार साथियों
यह मशिन #LGSplitAC है जिसमें हमें शिकायत मिल रही थी कि दिन में कम्प्रेशर गरम होकर बन्द हो जाता है और साम को थोडा सा चलता है लेकिन रात में अच्छा कुलिंग करता है।यानी ऐसा शिकायत सुनकर दिमाग थोडा चक्कर खा गया कि आखिर ऐसा कैसे हो सकता है? फिर मशिन को चेक किया तो पाया कि कन्डेन्शर आउटलेट में #कैपलरी लगी हो दो की संख्या में जिसमें से गैस का फ्लो आधा हो रहा है जिससे रात में तो प्रेशर किसी तरह मैनेज ईर लेता है लेकिन धुप ज्यादा होने से दिन में प्रेशर भी हाई हो जा रहा है जिससे कन्डेन्शर व कम्प्रेशर दोनो गरम होकर कुछ देर के लिए बन्दहो जा रहा है।फिर इस समस्या को कैसे ठिक किया आप सभी देख सकते हैं। मैं #सोलेनाईड वाल्व भी निकालकर डायरेक्ट कर दिया और मैगनेटिक कन्टैक्टर भी निकालकर नया लगाया जिससे मशिन अब काफी कुलिंग फेक रहा है।

yah mashin #lgsplitach hai jisamen hamen shikaayat mil rahee thee ki din mein kampreshar garam hokar band ho jaata hai aur saam ko thoda sa chalata hai lekin raat mein achchha kuling karata hai.yaanee aisa shikaayat sunakar dimaag thoda chakkar kha gaya ki aakhir aisa kaise ho sakata hai? phir mashin ko chek kiya to paaya ki kandenshar aautalet mein #kaipalaree lagee ho do kee sankhya mein jisamen se gais ka phlo aadha ho raha hai jisase raat mein to preshar kisee tarah mainej eer leta hai lekin dhup jyaada hone se din mein preshar bhee haee ho ja raha hai jisase kandenshar va kampreshar dono garam hokar kuchh der ke lie bandaho ja raha hai.phir is samasya ko kaise thik kiya aap sabhee dekh sakate hain. main #solenaeed vaalv bhee nikaalakar daayarekt kar diya aur maiganetik kantaiktar bhee nikaalakar naya lagaaya jisase mashin ab kaaphee kuling phek raha hai.

Hello friends,
this machine is #LGSplitAC, in which we were getting complaints that the compressor gets heated up during the day and shuts down and runs a little in the evening but cools well at night. how is it possible? Then checked the machine and found that the condenser outlet has #capillary in the number of two, out of which the flow of gas is halved, due to which the pressure is somehow managed at night, but due to excessive sunlight, the pressure is also high during the day. Due to which both condenser and compressor get heated and shut down for some time. Then you all can see how this problem was fixed. I removed the #solenoid valve and made it direct and also removed the magnetic contactor and installed a new one, due to which the machine is now throwing a lot of cooling.
