In almost every theater where German forces would deploy to meet their enemies, there'd be a winter to contend with. The ubiquitous German greatcoat would see use across North Africa, Russia, Italy and occupied Europe, right into the streets of Berlin. READ MORE:

Though geared for speed, this method turns out a pretty respectable result and there are plenty of places where you might choose to stop and call it finished. As ever, I can't help but fool around a little longer than is strictly necessary, but I think the finish is worth that little extra work.
