today i am sharing homemade but kandoi style gathiya recipe… which is very easy recipeand you can also make easily at home but you have to careful about measurements if you follow properly your gathiya will become very soft and better than kandoi so friends try out this method and here are all ingredients
250 gram besan
1/4 cup oil (50 ml )
1/4 cup water (50 ml)
1/4 tsp carom
1 tbsp black pepper powder(coarse)
3/4 tsp salt (7 gram )
oil to fry (peanut oil)
sprinkle hing and pepper powder on gathiya
