The ingredients:

Moist chocolate cake
1 cup (140 grams) all-purpose flour
1 cup (200 grams) white sugar
1/3 cup (35 grams) Dutch cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
a pinch of salt
1 egg
2 ml rum essence or any flavoring
120 ml of milk
60 ml of vegetable oil
120 hot water
1-2 tablespoon of espresso coffee

Chocolate frosting:
200 grams of dark chocolate
200 ml of whipping cream
150 grams of dulce de leche or caramel sauce
add any flavoring (optional)

150 grams of dark chocolate
