The Road to SAVE 2025: Lakepoint State Park Before The Expo

This week we are heading to the SAVE Expo (the best Overlanding Expo in the Southeast) in Starke Florida. On the way, we stopped at Eufaula Wildlife Refuge. I almost stepped on a water moccasin and we saw lots of grass. It was actually very pretty but not much wildlife. There was no sign of the alligators that frequent the area unless you count the stick that looked like an alligator head. I then spent the night "overland" camping at Lakepoint State Park with an outrageously nice waterfront view.
