As a significant force of Western Roman Separatists is held at Dyrrhachium, peace breaks out with the Garamantians in Africa, facilitating a legion to be dispatched across the Mediterranean sea to invade an exposed southern Italy. It's not yet clear if the Empire will be able to keep a foothold on Italian soil. Meanwhile, the Sassanids are broken, as the forces of Flavius Arcadius push further into Mesopotamia.
