Aaron and Emma’s wedding at 320 Guest Ranch in Gallatin Gateway, Montana was the perfect mix of moody fall weather, intentional design, and grounded Montana charm. Even with the rain, the entire day ran seamlessly thanks to Kianna with Golden Hour Events, who transformed the ranch property into a warm, inviting space filled with personal details and elevated design.
The ceremony took place along the Gallatin River, surrounded by mountain views and soft overcast light — the kind of natural tones that make this venue one of the best spots in Montana for both photography and videography. Guests cozied up under umbrellas, the florals by Amanda Jewel Floral added a lush contrast against the neutral ranch palette, and the reception tent glowed with greenery rings, flickering candles, and draping that brought the whole design together.
Inside the chalet, Glacier Beauty Co handled hair and makeup for Emma and her bridesmaids, keeping everyone looking flawless through the drizzle. Dinner and service were provided by LaFoley, and DJ Bentley Taylor kept the energy high all night long. Every vendor came together to make sure the day stayed intentional and relaxed — exactly what a ranch wedding in Montana should feel like.
As a Montana wedding photographer and videographer, I love 320 Guest Ranch because it has everything — sweeping mountain views, riverside ceremony options, and cabins that make it perfect for destination weddings. It’s the kind of place where couples can host their families all weekend and get a true Montana experience without ever leaving the property.
