If you watched The Disney Channel in the late 80s or 90s, you probably know about this film. Not Quite Human is basically "Short Circuit" meets "The Boy Who Could Fly" and it featured Alan Thicke in one of his first roles. It's a delightfully 80s movie that surprisingly never found a home video release, not even on Disney+.
Along with a few other Disney Channel Premiere Films, this tape was released in fairly low quantities around 1993, and the previews on this tape are rather unique compared to other typical Disney tapes. Many of the aforementioned releases also use these previews; off the top of my head, I think Chips the War Dog had similar previews.
