The FG 42 II Experience | Enlisted

The FG 42 II is a late riflemen class unlock for the Axis faction in the Battle of Berlin campaign in Enlisted. It features 20 round magazines with a high rate of fire, low recoil, great sights, and good reload speed. On top of this, the FG 42 II hits very hard (especially when upgraded), either killing or downing in one shot at every realistic engagement range in Enlisted. With this weapon being a riflemen class weapon, you can give it to nearly any soldier as well, making it very powerful. The difference between the first model FG 42 and the second model (FG 42 II) recoil control; the second model has substantially less recoil, effectively making it a pure laser beam that almost any soldier can carry. With all of these factors put together, the FG 42 II is widely considered the best pound-for-pound gun in Enlisted currently. The fact that this gun does everything that a Browning M1918A2 BAR does, but without the dispersion and with the ability to equip more soldiers with it makes it just straight-up broken in my opinion. Overall, the FG 42 II is of course powerful and insanely fun to use, and the Berlin Axis grind is absolutely worth it for this wonder weapon.
