Today we making coconut jam tarts
150g - butter (softened)
1/3 Cup - Sugar
1 teaspoon - Vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
1 egg
2 cups - Flour
1 teaspoon - baking powder (please dont use 2 tsp as per the video )
Filling
Strawberry jam (use any Flovor)
2 egg - whites
1 and 1/3 cup - desiccated coconut
1/3 cup - icing sugar (you can use the normal sugar
