This is a soothing and mindful yoga session, where we focus on opening the chest and nurturing the heart space. This gentle practice begins with grounding breathwork, guiding you to connect deeply with your body through soft, intentional movements. We practice downward-facing dog, puppy pose, high lunges, and bridge pose, all while emphasizing softness in the chest, and breath awareness. This class invites you to release tension, cultivate inner calm, and embrace a sense of openness and gratitude. We end the class with a relaxing shavasana to integrate the practice and leave feeling refreshed and centered.
