✨ Job Description
We are hiring a highly skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Techno-Functional Lead with 6+ years of expertise to support and enhance Oracle EBS 12.2.3 Finance modules. This role involves L2/L3 support, RCA analysis, issue resolution, documentation, and change management. If you have strong functional + technical skills in Oracle Finance, this opportunity is for you!

🚀 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide techno-functional support for Finance modules – AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, Cash Management.
✅ Troubleshoot, resolve L2/L3 incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
✅ Maintain SOPs, documentation, and support guides.
✅ Collaborate with business & IT teams for issue resolution.
✅ Work with ServiceNow for incident/change management.
✅ Support during Finance Close & Cyber 6 critical periods.
✅ Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

🎓 Qualification & Skills Required:
🔹 Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.3 Finance modules.
🔹 Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, ADF/OAF, Workflow Builder.
🔹 Experience with Vertex, OneSource & third-party integrations.
🔹 Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
🔹 Exposure to multinational deployments (English, Chinese, Japanese).
🔹 Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills.
🔹 Ability to work under pressure & support during weekends/holidays if required.
