[FR] Un vrai joyau que le cloître Saint-Trophime qui déroule à Arles ses arcades comme des prières muettes. En plein centre, un jardin vide respire, et c’est ici qu’on plaça tout d’abord l’italo-britannique Piers Faccini et son comparse de longtemps sur le label No Format Ballaké Sissoko à la kora pour une première chanson: une ode à « une lune mélancolique qui, de ses rayons d’argent, dérobe le temps pour brûler le jour. » Plus loin, entre des colonnes qui accueillent chimères et visages saints en procession figée, ils entonneront le titre « Harbour » où nos lancinants besoins de port d’attache frémissent comme un chant étouffé à travers un harmonica.

[ENG] A true gem: the cloister of Saint-Trophime, unfurling its arcades in Arles like silent prayers. In its center, an empty garden breathes — and it is here that the Italo-British musician Piers Faccini and his long-time No Format label companion, Ballaké Sissoko on the kora, were first placed for a song: an ode to “a melancholic moon that, with its silver rays, steals time to burn the day.” Further on, between columns adorned with chimeras and sacred faces frozen in procession, they perform the track “Harbour,” where our aching need for a safe haven quivers like a muffled song through a harmonica.
