This song is probably my favourite song off Breach, I just love the chords, the drums eveything. Working on this song I discovered that it was fairly simple, with the focus being around the drums, getting that sound right really helped me get the rest of the song to work. The bass and guitar was recorded, and then processed, for the bass I focussed on the tone and keeping it simple. The guitar was DI in and then processed through an amp simulator with tremolo and distortion, with a bit of delay. This was also the first time I recorded in a baritone ukulele, which I got a few months ago. This will make remaking Clancy easier since I now own one of the main instruments used in that album. The synths are quite simple and are layerd, with one of the synths being the main Hometown lead. The drums are AD2 and every other plugin is either from Nexus, Keyscape, Arturia and Omnisphere.
