BCA Pathways: Arts & Heritage
On Thursday 25th March we hosted our second BCA Pathways: Arts & Heritage career event. Due to the pandemic this was our first virtual iteration of these series of events.
BCA Pathways: Arts & Heritage are a series of events we are running to help more people from Black and ethnic minority communities find opportunities in the arts and heritage sector. Will also provide practical help and guidance for those who want to enter the sector, with leaders in the field sharing their career journeys and organisations sharing current and upcoming job, training, and volunteer opportunities.

Firstly Karis Morris-Brown, BCA Workforce Development Manager introduces BCA Pathways: Arts & Heritage event. Then on the main stage we had The Impact of BLM (Black Lives Matter) on Arts and Heritage Sector panel discussion where arts and heritage organisations share the impact of the BLM (Black Lives Matter) 2020 movement on their organisations and the HR changes made.
