½ White Onion Minced
¼ Green Bell Pepper Minced
6 Garlic Cloves
¼ tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Sazón con Achiote
2 Bay Leaves or 2 tsp Cilantro
1 tsp Dominican Orégano
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
2 oz Dry White Wine
1 tbsp Diced Olives *optional
½ tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Raisins *optional
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Water
1 Large Egg
