I built 5 of these diy GoPro “quick clip” mounts to make my videoing process easier by not having to unscrew the GoPro all the time to switch tripods. So now I have the ability to use the quick release clip option instead of the screw👍
This diy GoPro “quick clip” mount consists of nylon and aluminum which makes it strong and waterproof,
The 2 very strong Neodymium magnets work great as another way of mounting the GoPro to any metallic surface. And of course the quarter twenty (1/4-20) threaded insert that allows mounting to any tripod. This mount combination enables a multitude of mounting options for any GoPro.
This was a fun and very useful build to me as I use them constantly now.
