A rare song composed by Morgan King who went under the Pseudonym "Obiman" back in 1991. Another mix is the "Sub Dub" version, but both are pretty good. The album is called "Snapshot" and it is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend buying the album, or at least purchasing some of the songs off of Amazon, which I did.
