How I Made My Best Brisket Yet This Summer!

It has been the summer of brisket, I'm up to 12 in the past two months - all using my combo of Rocks BBQ Anytime and Coffee Rubs… but this one turned out just amazing.

The combo of Meat Church pellets on my Traeger Timberline XL that's now back in action after a few replacement parts simply delivered on this one.

To top it off my RoseWood Blocks American flag XL was just enough to fit this big boy on, but using my Kendrick BBQ knife made quick work of slicing this for a hungry group that was in the pool.
