Total Water Use: Calculated Savings

During this session, we will cover how to plan a project to save water through a calculation tool used under the Water Efficiency Total Water Use for LEED Residential V4 and v4.1.

We will review tips and tricks for calculating projected water use and savings, and discuss lessons learned from real projects. Additionally, we will go through a project case study.

We will compare our results to those of other green program water calculators and demonstrate how you can benefit whether pursuing LEED, other programs, or simply aiming to reduce project water usage.
