R.O.Tack Water Technology.launches water purification system

R.O.Tack Water Technology.has launched a new reverse osmosis type III water purification system, designed to meet the needs of laboratories that only require up to 30 L/day of purified tap water.It also can be used to provide feedwater for glassware washers, autoclaves and humidifiers or as a pretreatment for ultrapure type I water systems.

The Lab tack is ergonomically designed for ease of use and maintenance, and can be mounted on the wall or a bench. It contains an integrated storage reservoir, and automatically senses when it should produce more water.

Type III reverse osmosis product water is produced at a flow rate of 3 L/h at 20 C. This product water is typically less 94 per cent free of ionic contaminants and less 99 per cent free of organics, bacteria and particles.

R.O.Tack Water Technology currently markets a range of Lab.Tack water systems for turning tap water into type I ultrapure water. Each system is designed to match the specific water quality requirements of manufacturers, targeting specific contaminants detrimental to particular applications such as HPLC molecular biology and ICP-MS.

They also provide the Elix systems based on a four-step purification process to produce pure analytical-grade (type II) water from potable tap water for specific analytical chemistry applications.
