Rahul Mamkootathil Case : രണ്ടാമത്തെ ബലാത്സംഗ കേസിൽ രാഹുൽ മാങ്കൂട്ടത്തിലിന് അനുവദിച്ച മുൻകൂർ ജാമ്യം റദ്ദാക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാർ ഹൈക്കോടതിയിൽ സമര്പ്പിച്ച ഹര്ജി ഇന്ന് പരിഗണിക്കും. പ്രതിക്ക് മുൻകൂർ ജാമ്യം നൽകിയ സെഷൻസ് കോടതിയുടെ നടപടികൾക്കെതിരെ ശക്തമായ ആക്ഷേപമാണ് സർക്കാർ ഉന്നയിക്കുന്നത്. ആദ്യ ബലാത്സംഗ കേസിൽ ഹൈക്കോടതി രാഹുലിൻ്റെ അറസ്റ്റ് തടഞ്ഞ ഉത്തരവ്, രണ്ടാമത്തെ കേസിൽ മുൻകൂർ ജാമ്യം നൽകുന്നതിന് സെഷൻസ് കോടതിയെ സ്വാധീനിച്ചുവെന്ന് സർക്കാർ വാദിക്കുന്നു.
The High Court will today consider the petition filed by the state government seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Rahul Mamkootathil in the second case. The government has raised strong objections against the Sessions Court’s decision to grant him anticipatory bail.
