Featuring “Half a Moment” (from the 1975 musical JEEVES, by Andrew Lloyd Webber & Alan Ayckbourn).
In 1992 Sarah Brightman and José Carreras had a big success with their recording of AMIGOS PARA SIEMPRE, the Andrew Lloyd Webber-penned anthem for that year’s Olympic Games.
Previously, they had separately recorded another Lloyd Webber song, HALF A MOMENT. Listening to their solo versions (links below) it struck us that this song would have made a perfect vehicle for a Brightman/Carreras duet.
So we offer, purely for entertainment purposes (with no copyright misuse intended) this re-imagined remix - as a tribute to a great song and two legendary voices.
