Ingredients:
• Water – as required (for boiling)
• Spaghetti – 300g
• Salt – 1 & ½ tsp (for boiling water) + 1 tsp (for sauce)
• Cooking oil – as needed (about 5–6 tsp total)
• Soy sauce – 1 tsp
• Vinegar – 1 tsp
• White pepper powder – 1 tsp
• Chicken boneless strips – 300g
• Baking soda – 1 tsp
• Chili sauce – 1 tsp
• Chili garlic sauce – 1 tsp
• Oyster sauce – 1 tsp
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
• Carrots (julienned) – 1 tsp
• Capsicum (julienned) – 1 tsp
• Cabbage (shredded) – 1 tsp
• Garlic (sliced) – 1 tsp
• Chili paste – 2 tsp
• Schezwan chutney – 1 tsp
• Boiled spaghetti – from above
• Fried chicken – from marinated chicken
• Prepared Chow Mein sauce – from sauce mix
• Stir-fried vegetables – from veggies above

🔪 Instructions:
Step 1: Boil Spaghetti
1. Boil water in a pot, add 1 & ½ tsp salt and 1–2 tsp oil.
2. Add spaghetti and boil until al dente.
3. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Step 2: Marinate Chicken
1. In a bowl, add chicken strips, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp white pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp baking soda.
2. Mix well and marinate for 15–20 minutes.
Step 3: Fry Chicken
1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
2. Fry marinated chicken until golden and cooked through.
3. Set aside.
Step 4: Prepare Chow Mein Sauce
In a small bowl, mix:
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp chili sauce
• 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
• 1 tsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
• 2 tsp chili paste
• 1 tsp Schezwan chutney
Set aside.
Step 5: Stir-Fry Vegetables
1. In a pan, heat 2–3 tsp oil.
2. Add 1 tsp sliced garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
3. Add carrots, capsicum, and cabbage (1 tsp each).
4. Stir-fry on high heat for 1–2 minutes. Keep them crisp.
Step 6: Combine Everything
1. In a wok or large pan, heat 1–2 tsp oil.
2. Add boiled spaghetti, fried chicken, prepared sauce, and stir-fried vegetables.
3. Toss everything on high heat until well coated and heated through.
