The Kansas City Economic Mobility Coalition unites eight expert nonprofits—from Essential Families to RW2 Career Technical Education—around one mission: accelerate economic mobility for every household in our region.

A $250,000 Kauffman capacity-building grant lets us launch the Carrie AI platform—seamlessly coordinating services, tracking outcomes live, and piloting support for five families immediately.

The investment returns $1.56 million in community benefits through higher earnings, tax revenue, and reduced social-service costs.
