How Pixar Fixed Its MOST BROKEN Character! - Overanalyzing Joy in Inside Out 2!

Inside Out 2 is FINALLY available for streaming on Disney Plus! And considering it's one of my new favorite Pixar movies, I wanted to do a little something to celebrate! I already did an Inside Out 2 review so I figured I'd dig a little deeper and do a character analysis for my all time favorite emotion, Joy! Though as you'll soon see.......before the sequel, she was only Joy in name alone. All the other emotions like Sadness, Anger, Disgust, Fear, Anxiety, Embarrassment, Envy and Ennui already knew their names and purposes when they entered the mind of Riley but.....it's possible that Joy didn't and completely misunderstood what she was meant to do. Basically put, according to an Inside Out 2 Theory of mine, Joy is not actually Joy. And if that confuses you, well just watch the rest of the video to see what I'm talking about! I'm gonna break down these two films bit by bit while exploring its best character and eventually cover the greatest scene Pixar has ever put to animation in my eyes. Or at least one of the best. P.S. - I'm actually kinda excited about Inside Out Dream Productions! It's only gonna be 4 episodes which is unfortunate, but I think it could do wonders for world building! Plus it'll be in a documentary style which I always appreciate. Fills me with happiness. ^w^

P.S.S - Do you guys think an Inside Out 3 is really necessary? I think it would be.....interesting to see how they tackle adult mentality in a non-comedic way but I also have no idea what story line they could possibly use. They kinda did the same story twice already with Inside out 1 and 2 so ehhhhhhhh. Maybe they'll be able to think of something.

P.S.S.S - Well, those things I worried about in my Inside Out 2 Review actually came true. The latest D23 expo was almost nothing but sequels! The Incredibles 3, Toy Story 5, Frozen 3, Zootopia 2, just....... It's too much, man! Elio is like the only original property we're gonna get for a while and it's kinda annoying.

P.S.S.S.S - I think Film Theory did an Inside Out 2 theory at one point as well. Shame they're the only ones since I think these movies are ripe for analysis!
