Guys! I'm back in Yerseke, (The Netherlands) Little bit rainy today but a great location to cook! Today we are cooking not with one, but with two seafood heroes. I've got some beautiful, crispy pan-fried cod and I'm going to serve some fresh samphire and mushrooms with it! A great combination of taste and colors.
