Make sure you don't damage your bike on the way as you'll need it fully intact to complete the mission. Take time to line up the jumps and if you do destroy your bike note the position of the escape ladder half way through the rooftop set of jumps.
Take care of your bike and you won't need a spare and can just rack up the unique jumps!
