Restriction Enzyme is an Endonuclease enzyme which restrict or inactivate the foreign DNA by cleaving the phosphodiester bond between two nucleotides .
Modification Enzyme , i.c , methylation Enzyme , modify the DNA by adding methyl group into the adenine or cytosine residue and help to distinguish the Restriction Enzyme in between genomic DNA and foreign DNA.
