Our first Hurricane in La Paz

1 year ago in Mazatlán, I showed the effects of a hurricane that hit Baja California Sur. This year, we were much closer. Although Hurricane Norma did not hit La Paz directly, there was still a lot of damage caused by the category 1 hurricane. We had minor problems compared to many other areas of La Paz.
Hurricane Otis made landfall in Acapulco, Guerrero as a 165-mph Category 5 hurricane, the strongest to ever hit Mexico's Pacific coast and the eastern Pacific. This was just days after Hurricane Norma went over Todo Santos, Baja California Sur, and the surrounding areas.
We are so grateful that it wasn't worse for us but our hearts and prayers are with the people affected by what occurred in Acapulco.
