The Heat Method for Distance Computation - Fast Forward

A Fast Forward is intended to be an entertaining, illuminating summary of a SIGGRAPH Technical Paper in under 30 seconds. The author of each paper is allowed a little less than a minute to wow the crowd with their results and entice attendees to hear their complete paper presentation later in the week. This Fast Forward was created to describe an algorithm called the "heat method," developed by Keenan Crane, Clarisse Weischedel, and Max Wardetzky.
