Pav Bhaji is a popular Indian street food that consists of a a spicy mix vegetable mash and is served with pav or soft buns.
Ingredients Required :
Tel/ Oil - 1 tbsp
Makkan/ Butter - 1 tbsp
Jeera/ Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Pyaaz/ Onions (finely chopped) - 2 nos. (medium)
Simla mirch/ Capsicum (finely chopped) - 1 no. (medium)
Tamatar/ Tomatoes (finely chopped) - 3 nos. (medium)
Adrak lasun/ Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Aloo/ Potatoes (boiled) - 2 nos. (Large)
Gobi/ Cauliflower (boiled) - 150 gms.
Gajar/ Carrot (boiled) - 1 no.
French Beans (boiled) - 12 nos.
Matar/ Peas (boiled) - 1/4 cup
Lal mirch/ Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Pav Bhaji masala - 2 tbsp
Namak/ Salt to taste
Paani/ Water - 1 cup (adjust consistency)
Dhaniya/ Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
Red food colour (optional) - 1/2 tsp
Makkan/ Butter - 1 tsp
