If you're joining me for this barre class on Christmas Day, then I wish you a great one – but my heart also goes out to those who cannot be with family this year for different reasons. I thought it would be nice to have a dedicated practice together on a day that is usually full, fun, exciting, overwhelming and intense (all of the feelings, right?!) So leave the house messy for now, find a quiet corner, and have a moment to yourself.
This class is slow but strong, with a large focus on the glutes.
All you need is a chair!
