Singapore has successfully completed its first-ever operation to refuel a container ship at sea with green methanol. It's seen as a major milestone for the country's push to become the world's largest multi-fuel bunkering hub. The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore said significant preparation went into making sure the process was both smooth-sailing and safe. The operation will help guide MPA's plans for other alternative marine fuels in the future.
