Discover Patillas, The Rockiest and Greenest Town In Puerto Rico

We recently visited the town of Patillas, Puerto Rico, on the southeastern corner of the Island. We went there for the beaches and small town feeling and discovered other great attractions along the way.

We visited two pebble beaches, the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, the Adelina Cintrón Square, Patillas lake and a 400+ year-old ceiba tree that’s among the oldest in the world.

How can a town be green, rocky and cool; all at the same time? Well Patillas is and there’s a reason for that. Stay tuned to the end and discover why.
