I calculate the cubic feet per minute (CFM) output of a compressor using the Ideal Gas Law. There is no correction for temperature and other small variables but I get a very close estimation of the output.
I'm surprised to find that this Harbor Freight compressor exceeds the label ratings. I have no explanations for it other than there may be some error built into the calculations (+ or - 20%). But not enough to justify my findings. If you can find a mistake in the calculations, please leave a comment.
