On July 13th, 2024, officers in Ohio were patrolling a neighborhood when they observed a black Hyundai Santa Fe driving without headlights. Running the vehicle’s plate, they found the registered driver had active felony warrants. Officers initiated a traffic stop and approached the car, but the driver refused to cooperate with officers. Despite multiple requests, the suspect would not provide identification or roll down the windows, instead reaching into their shirt and waistband, ignoring officers' commands to stop.
