Make a crispy, cheesy pizza in minutes using whole wheat frozen paratha — no oven needed! 😍
This quick and easy tawa pizza is perfect for evening snacks or surprise guests.
Try this unique twist using frozen paratha — simple, tasty, and ready in just 10 minutes!
📌 Ingredients:
Chicken boneless – 500 g
Salt – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Crushed chili – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Yogurt – 3 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Ketchup – 2 tbsp
Cheese – as needed
Chili flakes – to taste
Oregano – to taste
Frozen parathas – 2 (I’m using wholewheat frozen parathas)
Capsicum, olives, jalapeños – as desired

Method:
1. In a bowl, add 500 g chicken along with salt, red chili, black pepper, crushed chili, cumin, coriander powder, yogurt, soy sauce, vinegar, and ketchup.
2. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Cook the chicken until tender and dry. Let it cool completely.
4. Lightly cook two frozen parathas (I’m using wholewheat frozen parathas) from both sides. Press with a spatula to cook properly.
5. Spread pizza sauce or ketchup, sprinkle cheese, and add cooked chicken.
6. Top with remaining cheese. Add capsicum, olives, and jalapeños. Finally, sprinkle oregano and chili flakes.
7. Cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts.
8. Slice and enjoy your delicious Frozen Paratha Pizza on Tawa!
