This Gluten Free Pizza Dough is made without yeast. Instead, it uses egg and baking powder to give the dough some lift.
The dough comes together easily and it only takes a few minutes to make. I thought the finished pizza crust was good but I did have to eat it with a fork. It does not have the same crusty texture a traditional pizza crust has. This recipe reminds me of those pouches of traditional pizza dough mix at grocery store that just use oil and water to make them.
While I thought the crust had a good taste and works for quick pizza fix, it was not Tara’s favorite.
Ingredients used in this video:
½ Cup Cornstarch
½ Cup Rice Flour
⅔ Cup Milk
1 Egg
1½ Tbs. Olive Oil
1½ Tbs. Water
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
1 Dash Garlic Powder
