Season 3 Episode 6: Brian Gilman | Chief of Staff MARSOC to WQWF

After 26 years of service, Brian stepped away from his role as Chief of Staff at Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) in 2020 — but his mission didn’t stop there. Now leading WQWF, Brian continues to serve by supporting veterans through their next chapter.

From commanding 500 Marines across multiple levels, to leading four combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, Brian’s career spans everything from front-line leadership to high-level strategy at the Pentagon. He’s been the Commanding Officer of the elite 1st Reconnaissance Battalion and a Senior Program Manager for Ground Recon at USMC Headquarters.

In this episode, we dive into his journey, what sparked his passion for helping transitioning service members, and how he's now making an impact beyond the battlefield.
