RETTmobil 2018 expo - Emergency vehicle impressions & overview (mostly EMS) - Fulda, Germany

I was on the RETTmobil 2018 which is an emergency service expo in Fulda, Germany. So here's my quick overview on most of the EMS vehicles and a few fire units as well. Be advised that I will publish more videos of that expo which will be longer and show vehicles in detail. If you want you can also ask me for videos about certain vehicles - either write a comment or an email - [email protected] - I will try to put out those first.

Most vehicles are actual emergency vehicles which will serve in the field sooner or later and others are just demo units.

They also had a bunch of fire trucks (maybe 30) but time was a little too short and my plan did not work out perfectly.

More information about the expo and if you consider attending it -
RETTmobil is (I believe) always in May and is open for 3 days, 8 hours a day. They mostly show vehicles and equipment for the German market with maybe 10-20% international companies which have different vehicles, e.g. for/ from the Italian or Spanish markets. If you consider attending it in 2019 then you should plan your trip.
If you're just looking around and take a few pictures then 1 day is definitely enough.
If you want to look, talk, try many things out and take pictures and videos of all(!) the vehicles and lighting products then 2 days will suit you better. 1 day with good planning might be enough to get you through the seven halls which house EMS, car and lights & sirens companies. On the 2nd day you will be able to check out halls A & B which house a few smaller international companies. Halls C - L are mostly filled with equipment manufacturers and shops. You can find several lights & siren manufacturers there as well. The remaining green boots on the map are outside and show mostly fire truck manufacturers.
