This was the second appearance of Michael Kiske during the Gamma Ray show. It was a fantastic duet of Michael and Kai. They said that it was not rehearsed at all.

Kai: must change it (micro)
Michi: That will sound good
Michi to Kai: A cigarette...a cigarette
Kai: With Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin there were also at least one of them smoking...often both
Michi: Actually we never rehearsed that one in this way
Kai: We never rehearsed that...we somehow did it before but not this way
Michi started singing
