How to make chicken pie.
TO BOIL CHICKEN:
*Chicken breast - 2 medium
*1 cube Bullion
*1/2 tsp salt
*1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 CUP Water
TO MAKE THE FILLING:
*2 Tablespoons vegetable oil or oil of choice
*1/2 Medium white or red onion
*1 teaspoon Garlic & ginger paste
cooked chicken breast(diced or grated)
1 medium carrot
1 large russet potato (irish potato)
1/2 teaspoon each of
salt
ground pepper
thyme
curry
garlic powder.
( add or omit ingredients according to preference)
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
*1/2 cup chicken stock/water(approx)
DOUGH:
3 cups all purpose flour (360g)
1and 1/2 sticks butter(unsalted) or Margarine (170g)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup cold water (plus 1 tbs approx)
