August 2021 Update. Fix Instagram Activity Feed "Couldn't refresh feed" | Android users

This issue occurs due to a bug in the Beta version of Instagram. This is how you can fix it. I faced the same issue for more than 3 days. But could not find a solution on the internet.

Ps. this is quite different from what I would normally upload but I thought I should upload this since none of the YouTube videos gave me a solution to solve this issue.
