Loosing 10 pounds seemed impossible, to think now it’s been lil over a year and down 70 lbs is truly amazing. Isn't your life and health worth investing the time in? It will add years to your life and make living more enjoyable. Don't you deserve to be the healthiest version of yourself? Hard work pays off ten fold in the end. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it. What's a mo. Or two months in grand scheme of things. Make a choice, a decision to live a better healthier life. In 3 mo time you'll be looking back at where you came from and wonder how you let yourself give into momentary cravings or indulgences like sweets or breads and pastas. You can always go back to them, they will always be there. They have been there all your life. What you have been eating, your comfort food, your late night snacks, your 6 sodas a day bad habit... led you to this unhealthy, out a breath, overweight being that stands before you. Say enough is enough, take control of your life, take a new path, a road less traveled, a road that leads to the healthiest version of yourself. The road won't be easy, there will be temptations, you may stumble, but as long as you get back up, stay focused, and continue on, at the end of your journey I promise you will wonder why you didn't start down this path sooner. The best investment you can make is to invest in yourself, and that starts with your diet and health. The day I started keto, was the day I really started living life.
