On April 9th, 2021 we hosted Dan Vacanti at agile100. Dan has spent more than 20 years focusing on the Kanban Method and other lean-agile techniques.
Dan Vacanti talked about his new book: "When will it be done" and gave us a very interesting Introduction to probabilistic forecasting as well as other Actionable Agile Metrics for Predictability (which is another book of Dan).

The Co-Founder of ProKanban.org and Co-Author of the Kanban Guide helps you to find answers to the probably most pressing question in Development and your daily work: "When will it be done?"

This session will help you to understand the metrics behind probabilistic forecasting and why most tools are not helping you in answering this question. Maybe you should start with your very own process policies and see how predictable they are for your probabilistic forecasting.
