Hey all! In this video I share with you 8 things I do to stay recovered. I had the great idea of taking you out with me into some lovely local fields for a spot of outdoor filming but the outcome was rather chaotic for which I apologise haha! I very much enjoyed putting this one together though and I hope that you find it helpful :)
